Jennifer Peel, RN/BSN Owner Master Cosmetic Injector
I am a certified/licensed aesthetic professional with over 17 years of experience and certifications that commend my work.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1994 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Right after graduation, she worked in labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum and nursery for over 11 years, while floating to the Medical/Surgical, Trauma and ICU floors.
In 2005 she began her career in the aesthetics industry by working with a medical spa that quickly grew to multiple locations and surgery centers. She enjoyed every aspect of learning and building these cosmetic practices. Her role as clinical administrator covered all the business aspects as well as the consultation, preoperative, perioperative, postoperative, and med spa roles including consultation for prescription skincare, cosmetic injections, and multiple laser modalities.
In 2016 she took a role as the Ambulatory Nurse Manager for a large hospital medical group of multiple specialty and primary physician practices. This role oversaw all clinical aspects of the medical group. This position grew to encompass risk management, patient experience, informatics and navigated them through all aspects of the Covid19 pandemic.
In 2018 she started Glow Aesthetics LLC, working in the evenings and weekends doing cosmetic injections and chemical peels while doing her management role for the medical group full time days.
In the summer of 2021, she left her position as the Ambulatory Nurse Manager to pursue her dream of full time at Glow Aesthetics Medical Spa.
She has remained on the cutting edge of injectable procedures and techniques delivering the highest quality results in the GA and TN markets. Her attention to detail and artistic eye compliment her understanding for what her patients desire for their aesthetic outcomes. In addition to providing injectable treatments, she performs chemical peels, and consults on prescription skincare. Jennifer loves getting to know her clients and spending time catching up on their lives at every visit.
In her off time, Jennifer enjoys nature, hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
